Darcee

Darcee was born and raised in Coaldale. After spending seven years away, she returned 18 years ago with her husband, Kevin, to raise their family in the community she’s always called home. Together, they have three children—Finn, Sean, and Mia—and three beloved dogs: Rye, Bailee, and Ellie.

Darcee’s love for animals began at an early age, but it was her first dog, Brandi, who truly sparked her lifelong passion for animal welfare. Brandi became her loyal companion when Darcee was just 19, and the two shared nearly 15 years together. Brandi was more than a pet she was Darcee’s soul dog and left a lasting mark on her heart.

Darcee dreams of one day living on an acreage that serves as a sanctuary for rescue dogs. Her heart is in helping those without a voice, and she brings that same compassion and dedication to her role with Coaldale PAWS.

Outside of her work at Land O’ Lakes Dental, Darcee is an active volunteer in the community. She spends much of her free time supporting her children’s schools, coaching youth sports, and cheering on her kids in all their activities. She’s honored to serve as Vice President and looks forward to continuing to make a difference for the animals and families of Coaldale.
